The mission of  In Virtuo has two aspects:

 

“Clinical” aspect:

 

The “clinical” aspect aims to provide quality psychological services to persons suffering from various anxiety disorders. At the same time, our psychologists use technological tools, such as virtual reality, to help people control their anxiety. Our first clinic is located in the “Hull sector” of Gatineau at 15 Taschereau St., suite 220. We plan to open offices through Canada and abroad.

 

“Development” aspect:

 

The “development” aspect is aimed at creating and making available to healthcare professionals virtual reality softwares to treat anxiety disorders and other related problems. Our team, in collaboration with the Canada Research Chair in Clinical Cyberpsychology, is developing virtual reality softwares in the hope of making this technology accessible at a lower cost.
